Nextgen provides a unified recruitment ecosystem including dashboards, candidate portals, and communication tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any candidate data you upload to the platform.
Nextgen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
